About Broshuis

Broshuis is a family business that has been building trailers since 1885 and is now run by the fourth generation. With more than 500 employees, Broshuis produces over 1,000 trailers a year for customers around the world. The company is known for quality and safety in special and container transport.

The challenge

Broshuis’s employees are spread across multiple buildings on a site of no less than 100,000 m². Reaching one another and sharing information between departments proved difficult. Traditional means such as TV screens and whiteboards fell short in keeping everyone connected.

The BroshuisTalk App

Together with Broshuis, Recreate developed the BroshuisTalk App: one central place for all internal communication. Employees share news, knowledge and organisational successes, increasing transparency and engagement across departments.

The app is there for everyone, in both Dutch and English. Messages can be liked and commented on, updates are easy to find with the search function, and handy links are kept in one place. With push notifications and favourites, no one misses important information again.
